“Have had no problems ordering my freezer on line , ordered on a Sunday and next delivery day was Friday not convenient so choose following Monday . Had emails saying when dispatched, who was delivering and then day before the time slot was sent. Delivery guys were on time and very polite”

“I needed a 70/30 Fridge Freezer that had to fit into a space that was 167mm high. I looked everywhere and this was the only one I found but it came to be perfect, lovely big fridge and 2 drawers for the freezer which is just perfect, the silver exterior is great also. Also love the bottle rack as they are always tricky on shelves.”

“I wanted a new Belling gas double oven and hob for a plumber to fit in a couple of days. Appliances Direct were able to deliver my order in less than 24 hours ( I did pay extra for this) I was impressed with the speed of delivery 0940 in the morning ready for my Gas safe engineer to install. Both items recieved were well packaged and in perfect condition. There was good Email confirmation of order and delivery information, the delivery driver contacted me 30 mins before arriving at my property. This is the first time I have used Appliances Direct I would use them again.”

“Ordering was easy and although my items was delivered separately it was quick and I was kept informed via email. I made enquiries and customer services was efficient and quick and checked my order and gave feedback. Items are of good quality and thus far seems to work as described. “I had a problem with the dehumidifier I had bought because the external drainage hose didn't work as advertised. I was able to find a solution and therefore did not return the machine. The company was polite and professional in my dealings with it.”

“Generally fine but when we placed the order for a dishwasher we agreed to collect from their depot because we could select a date only a few days later at the weekend. However, that day came and went and still no confirmation. The web site then said, collection date likley to be the following Thursday. However, still no confirmation until early evening on the Thursday saying it was ready to collect from the Friday. So, we picked it up on the Saturday a week after the original date when we placed the order. When we did collect, it was an efficient process and the only staff member on duty was extremely helpful and efficient. So, we would order from them again but we would accept pick up dates with a pinch of salt.”

“Very good company to deal with, fast and efficient service, can't complain. I ordered a bosch food mixer with accessories on the Wednesday and received without damage or anything missing by Friday. The price was competitive as well, would highly recommend this company too. Well organized team effort, impressive, especially with the current climate we are in.
