“Made wrong order of a bathroom tap. Called them the other day. Ordered a new and got it the day after including refund of balance. Very quick and helpful service.”

“Allowed me to order an oven as in stock and ready for delivery within 3 days. On the delivery day cancelled with no explanation. Rescheduled for 3 days later. Again, morning of the delivery cancelled. My tenant is now without an oven for Christmas. Very poor customer service, will not use again. Going back to AO!”

“From ordering to delivery all went smoothly. I appreciated the telephone call the day before delivery, confirming the order, the next step and also giving me an option to take out an additiinal service and repair warranty. The delivery arrived within the allocated time, the two man delivery team were efficient and very polite. Thankyou Appliances Direct.”

“Prompt and precise item order and delivery. No hassle on the order - and had someone call me up to confirm delivery a few days before which put my mind at peace given that orders during the pandemic were a bit up in the air always). The two men who installed the washer dryer were efficient and friendly and arrived at 8am (early but early in the 7am-noon window).”

“Excellent service and Very pleased. Range cooker bought at good price. Good Communication from Appliance Direct and Delivery driver who contacted us to say they would be earlier than initially advised. Turned up on time, Put cooker in Kitchen, Removed all old packaging. We inspected cooker thoroughly and they left taking old range cooker with them. Polite, Careful and efficient. Could not fault them. Would use again.”

“Pleasantly surprised. I had a phone call the night before to confirm delivery and a quick chat. There was no hard sell. The delivery driver and installer were excellent. They phoned ahead. They were extremely pleasant and courteous and went out of their way to fulfil our wishes. I could not recommend them more highly. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I paid for a washing machine and installation amongst other items. My items were split into multiple deliveries but the installation was put on a different delivery. So when my washing machine arrived they wouldn’t connect it. Instead of fixing my problem they just refunded the installation so now I have to sort out myself. Disappointing”
