“Very easy process from start to finish. Got message day before delivery with 2 hour slot then on the day driver phoned to say he was 10 mins away. They unpacked the fridge freezer and put it in place for me and explained to me why it should not be switched on for 4 hours to let the gases settle. They took away my old fridge freezer and all the packaging. I would recommend them and especially the delivery drivers very highly.”

Appliances direct had the best price for the machine I wanted so I ordered it that day ( Sunday ). From the outset I was kept up to date with my order via email and text messages. I could track my order if I wanted to, my order arrived the following Wednesday, inside the stated 2 hour time slot. The delivery men where very helpful and curteous.

“Ordered around 16-30 , item delivered at 10-30 next morning. That's what I call service. My purchase was an ElectricQ Air conditioner , which came just in time for the heatwave.It's neat and compact but struggles somewhat to do the job , advertised as quiet , it is relatively quiet compared to other similar machines , but still somewhat intrusive if say you are listening to the TV .However in relation to the price paid its OK. and kept us comfortable when the temperature was 34°C”
