“Very easy process from start to finish. Got message day before delivery with 2 hour slot then on the day driver phoned to say he was 10 mins away. They unpacked the fridge freezer and put it in place for me and explained to me why it should not be switched on for 4 hours to let the gases settle. They took away my old fridge freezer and all the packaging. I would recommend them and especially the delivery drivers very highly.”

I wanted to upgrade my washing machine and after a lot of research and reviews, I finally chose Hotpoint Model WMFUG1063P.
Appliances direct had the best price for the machine I wanted so I ordered it that day ( Sunday ). From the outset I was kept up to date with my order via email and text messages. I could track my order if I wanted to, my order arrived the following Wednesday, inside the stated 2 hour time slot. The delivery men where very helpful and curteous.
I have used the machine 6 times now and am so pleased with it. Its so quiet and I love the fact it has a 30mins quick wash ( my other machine did not ). Thank you Appliances Direct, I will be back.”
