“I purchased organic products because I wanted to avoid harsh chemicals. The boxes my products came in were both covered in different substances. One smelled like a very strong perfume that older people typically wear. The products inside were protected by the box, fortunately. It is a bit disheartening that your very expensive OGS line of products are commingled with harsh chemicals. Otherwise the staff is very friendly, and your approach to delivery of products is very efficient.”

We will investigate in the warehouse where this may have happened - whether it be during transport receiving of the stock, storage or packing. “Ordered beginner pack with extra large hoodie .Recieved products promptly but received medium sized long sleeve tshirt which is no use to me. Other than that service was great and order was delivered in a few days”

“I was very happy with the in store service and advice in my purchase of a Vegepod. On assembly of the Vegepod, I discovered there was one component missing. The support staff were very helpful and arranged the missing component to be sent directly to me from the supplier.”
