Hey Viv, Thanks for taking time to provide this feedback. Did your package not come with a sticker label with basic directions - 'either mix into media or top dress'? We acknowledge these are very vague and will pass this onto the supplier and see if we can source a more indepth directions of use from them or an updated label. “As I live locally I checked the product online and did a pickup and collect. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient with my purchase. The premises looks amazing also with sample water features in the foyer. Definitely a one stop shop for aqua landscaping products and advice.”
