“I’ve been buying from aqua gardening for 4 years I find that if there is an issue with an order they will get it sorted out and always give you options and there fast delivery service is the best out of any gardening shop I have shopped at other stores and waited 1-2 weeks were aqua are within the week and that’s the service that keeps me going back good variety across the gardening world and are only to happy to take your call and talk about products cheers paul”

“I had a failure with a pond light that I purchased a bit over a year ago. Quick online chat, a couple of emails back and forth then u dried into the store to confirm the light was deceased. The staff there contacted the supplier and replaced my light quickly. Very happy with the after sales support, something that many companies lack these days. Very refreshing to find a business that cares. Always found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Fantastic team who do actually go that extra mile in providing truthful and accurate information and support, regardless of how much or little you have to spend. Everything they sell has been tried and tested in house and anything that failed the test or is returned due to malfunction of the manufacturer is promptly replaced. And that integrity has been the same since I walked into the shop 30 years ago. A good combination of ol school sales and service and new school information and technology. Note: No "blurple" lights here. 👍👍👍👍👍”
