We do our best to pick and pack incoming orders as soon as possible to get them ready for the courier to collect and dispatched to you, yet from time to time there are issues with the transport network and courier companies which we are unable to control. We will definitely commence an enquiry for you and start chasing up with the couriers on your behalf when there are issues and delays. We can see from the tracking that this parcel was scanned into your local depot yesterday, and they are expecting it to arrive by Wednesday.
