“The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. However the shop is now not what it was, as the inventory is now off limits in a “ warehouse” unlike earlier when it was possible to see exactly what something looked like before buying. Online buying is never as good. Please bring back the shop as it was, it’s disappointing it’s come to this.Also simple things like extra T 5 lights were not on site and had to be ordered in, so one trip was wasted. On demand stock should be readily available on the floor at all times.”

Hello Thulasi, We understand that our current store is not for everyone but we wanted to place the focus on customer success while keeping pricing competitive and stable. Now we can spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have a coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! This current store has been functioning for two years now. For the people that know what they’re after, the ordering can be done from the comfort of home so it's just a case of popping down at a time that suits, walking to the counter with your click & collect number to be handed over to you in a jiffy. This is for our local customers who prefer to pick up orders instore and may not want to rely on freight providers for things they need urgently and gives customers the option to reserved stock online and come pay cash instore. It’s understood that not everyone feels comfortable shopping online and providing details so we still have the facilities to take your order in-store so you can chat to our team if you have any questions or want to troubleshoot something before completing your order. We are sorry that the T-5 lights were out of stock - we do have core products that we endeavor to keep on hand at all times, but there are many supply chain issues at the moment which are frustrating. One benefit of the new store is our staff have time to help find alternatives for products that may have a longer wait due to these supply chain issues. We hope you can come around to the store another time and begin to get used to it - our staff are always here to help with any questions. Kind regards, Aqua Gardening

“I am not a serial whinger but, you didn't answer your phjoner when I rang it many times. Your website is confusing and I couldn't see a list of all your vege seeds. I imagine there are many and if so the site is well hidden. It remains to be seen if my seeds arrive!!! Geoff Barnes”

Hello Geoff, We have received your review, thanks for the feedback. All of our seeds are categorized in groups, including one for vegetable seeds. It can be accessed through the drop-down menu, or a link is available here: https://www.aquagardening.com.au/aquaponics/seed-starting/seeds/ We are sorry to hear that you were unable to get through, we assure you that the staff answer the phone here, and would answer several dozen calls a day. Due to this, sometimes both lines are occupied, or in other instances, customers in the store mean the staff are unable to answer. There will be an option to leave a voicemail, which our staff work very hard on responding to in a prompt timeframe. Feel free to leave a voicemail and the staff will know you've phoned and be able to return your call to resolve your inquiry. We can see that your seed order was delivered this morning, 48 hours after you placed the order online. Regards, Aqua Gardening.
