“Aqua gardening is sited a few suburbs away from where I live .This explains why ordinary postage and good service make for a prompt delivery .Their product range is excellent and I recommend them without reservation as an excellent supplier”

Hi Juliee, I'm very sorry you had such a bad experience. We try to maintain the highest standards of service across our team (see the link https://www.aquagardening.com.au/meet-the-team/ ) so please let us know who was rude to you. Due to the virus we've made changes to the store which are well accepted by most customers, but we understand many are still not happy as they want to touch the products before purchase. So we can remain open and serve our local and australia wide customers we have set up the shop to be safe for visitors and employees, so we can remain open for whatever the future holds.
