“Great customer service from aqua but they need to use a different courier company. Don't understand why it takes 6-7 days to ship a parcel 2 hrs down the road, couriers please are a joke. They have ruined every experience i have had with aqua, they aqya themselves are great”

Thanks Greg. We're always listening to the feedback from customers, and avoiding the couriers who make a lot of mistakes. It's hard when some of the individual couriers do a great job, and others in the same company give such a bad service. It's likely a future order of yours will come with fastway, I hope you have a faster delivery!

“The Team at Aqua Gardening were great I need a custom build as the Micro Aquaponics was a bit too big so I asked to get get half of the kit which the guys came up with the now Premium Aquaponics kits. The instructions were easy to follow and the startup tips were great as this was my first go at Aquaponics. The advice has been very good as well. I’ll send some pictures of the setup which I’ve setup I a L format as room was an issue for me. If the site is prepared expect a good few days of getting everything just right. I will definitely be coming back thanks guys.”
