“I was seriously disappointed at not being able to enter the stock area, maybe a covid precaution, but I enjoy looking at your stock and invariably purchasing more than I intended. I will not be purchasing any of your stock until I receive a reason for your Change of FOH...Norm”

Hey Norm, We appreciate the feedback and we understand that this concept is not for everyone. But we wanted to place the focus on customer success, expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand for our community so they don't have to wait as often or as long for stock, while keeping pricing competitive and stable. Now we can spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have the new coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team!
