“Great company to deal with online, not good to visit as potential customers cannot access showroom as they have closed it to all including customers which is a deterrant as customers like to browse and look at new products apart from online as you cannot envisage the size etc., so I will be looking for another shop as I like to look at potential purchases and new products”

“I Do Not Appreciate Being HARASSED by the management of your sales techniques, just to tell you my Experience so you can evaluate your staff and business techniques. A customer is coerced,(Coercion is the practice of forcing another party to act in an involuntary manner, It involves a set of various types of forceful actions that violate the free will of an individual to introduce a desired response). (Product is good, Business practices and techniques are garbage!!!) A customer should not be harassed for there personal information for the purpose of Harassment and cyber stalking, for the businesses own gratification purposes. The business asks for your personal details only for this purpose and/or you cant do business with them as a customer. The customer gives there personal details out of involuntary force and under the proviso of confidentiality. DO NOT HARASS OR CYBER STALK ME AGAIN. ARE WE ON THE SAME PAGE !!!!!”

“I recently bought an Aqua Ring from this company and it does everything I wanted it to do. I had been looking for a small bright light to light a water feature, I had made and this was a perfect fit. I have created a water feature, using a tear drop shaped bowl 1.5m X 800mm X 120mm deep, in white Indian marble, that I bought in India a few years ago. The top of the tear drop is shaped into a Swan's neck. In the bowl I have created a bubbling fountain from Indian marble " Lotus" bowls in different shapes creating a small fountain that overflows onto the tear drop bowl which in turn overflows over pavers. Because Indian marble allows light to pass through it, this whole structure is lit with the one LED ring light. The speed in which this company has sent me the ring is fantastic and when I need anything else to do with my water gardens and features, I will certainly buy from this company again.”
