“Not happy with the products at all . The aucusic vent expells thousnads of little aluminium flecks from the pipe, the inner lining is perferated with thousands of holes , the material is notclean when manufacturing. The fan silencer is bodgie, it hardly reduces real fan noise . We are very unhappy with the stuff we bought . All my plants are contaminated with silver aluminium flecks . I am not happy at all being ripped off and charged big money for the rubbish products”

Both the acoustic ducting and fan silencers are staples in our range and are typically high quality and effective parts, certainly not experienced any presence of aluminium flecks after use. “Love it . Wish I had got it earlier , when we were very cold . Lost a couple of expensive plants , it would probably have saved them . ( Don’t laugh , it’s in my bedroom going full pelt !!!!!!!! )”
