Hello Barry, Thanks for the message - apologies that the original order was lost in the post, but it was our understanding that we were in contact yesterday to send a free one out in the post again to you. It was sent with same-day dispatch, so shouldn't be far away, but we understand the frustrations. Apologies that the communication between us and the courier was not clear, but we had been promised that it was being redirected to you. Once it was made clear that this wasn't true after you got in touch that it still hadn't arrived, we arranged the replacement to be sent out. An automatic confirmation and tracking message is sent out, but we can resend it to you. Please let us know if there were further ways we could assist. -Aqua Gardening

“Wow! Not only was I impressed by the setup of this business, the staff member I dealt with was awesome. She was able to work out the correct size item (even though I gave her the wrong details) which saved me another trip back to the store. Brilliant!”

In regards to human contact, our set-up allows for staff to help customers more readily, rather than focusing on refilling stock levels. “Ordered a small heat mat. It was delivered within 2weeks of purchasing. It did come folded up and It doesn't produce much warmth ( not sure if internals got damaged ) overall relatively happy with the product just didn't think it was good to be folded”

Hello, Thanks for your honest feedback - we do appreciate it, as it lets us know areas to improve. The heat mats provide about 5-10C above ambient temperature, which can be a small variation to distinguish, but if you do believe it is a little less than this, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@aquagardening.com.au with your order number.
