Hey Paul, Thank you for providing your feedback, we understand that this concept is not for everyone. We wanted to place the focus on customer success, expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand so our community don't have to wait as often, while keeping pricing competitive and stable. Now we can spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have the new coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! We hope you will give the new Aqua Gardening experience a chance, our team is always available to help find or guide you to the right products and we now have an even bigger warehouse to be able to ensure we stock all the latest and greatest and the old faithful products ensuring our customers gardens aren't subject to stock delays where we can help it! “I have planted a tray of marigolds. I had a little problem with the depth of some of the holes, but overcame it with the use of a sharp pencil head. They have been in my greenhouse for 5 days and so far 51 of the 77 have germinated. The ones that do not come up are probably due to the seeds, and is easily rectified by re-planting in the original holes. I am looking forward to trying a tray of smaller seeds, and will relay the results. Peter Gilbert. (Melbourne, Australia)”

“all is good besides the extra high postage prices , shouldn't make money from postage as i think you do very well with your prices in general .. have almost everything needed to set up and maintain your system..”

“Waited and waited and waited for my goods to arrive. Organised to pick them up because I was coming to Brisbane for a holiday. Ordered them like 2 months before I was due to be there. They kept getting pushed back and pushed back. When they finally arrived I had already gone home and aqua gardening couldn't even do the courtesy of posting them or couriering them due to their slackness. Very disappointed with the whole service.”

Hello, Thank you for providing this feedback, we appreciate all our community members who take time to give us feedback - good or bad, it gives us a chance to improve our services and without it we cannot grow! We are sorry for any inconvenience and frustration caused by these extended delays and that you were not offered a courier option as a solution. I can see that your products are bulky, are over 100cm in width and/or length and your delivery address is a PO box, unfortunately AusPost do not accept delivery on items over a certain size specification so this may have been why the team did not offer a postage solution as the calculator will not offer any shipping options with the current details as it is a more regional location and having a PO BOX as the address rules out all other courier options, but they should have asked for an alternative address to see if a shipping quote could have been arranged for you, I apologies if this was not made more readily available as an option. There have been a lot of stock delays lately due to worldwide manufacturing disruptions due from COVID, so it has been challenging for us to work with suppliers who don't have concrete dates for us to supply our customers. We appreciate the patience through these frustrating times and hope that your project been able to progress now you have the items. Please send us an email at feedback@aquagardening.com.au with any other details about your experience so I can look into what went wrong and see that our team are providing the appropriate solution and compassion to these sorts of scenarios. Please touch base so we can further the conversation and try to amend the experience for you.
