Great online shop hard to navigate browser just a shop when you go into store there is no actual shop to look at or product demonstrations otherwise great online shop

Hey Dave, It is currently a high priority project of ours to make our website more functional and easier to navigate for our community so hopefully you notice in the coming months these changes in action. If you have any specific feedback on what you did/didn't enjoy or found clunky please pass it through to feedback@aquagardening.com.au. We have changed from our previous more traditional shop front to a ShowRoom as we wanted to place the focus on customer success, to be able to expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand for our community so they don't have to wait as often or as long for stock, while keeping pricing competitive and stable. This allows us to spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have the new coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! We do have a few systems on display but understand some people prefer a more tactile experience before they buy. All our products are available to see online and you can always ask for more information if you think the product page is lacking anything. Shipping costs were ridiculous. It cost me as much to get something from America as it did from Aqua from Sydney to Melbourne! Won’t be using Aqua again the shipping makes it cost prohibitive.

Hi Emily, I'm sorry you were surprised with the shipping costs, but this is always a cost we show you upfront before the purchase is made. In particular, for your bulky and heavy order, we need to charge shipping accordingly as it is expensive for us too! Your order of almost 25kg was sent from Brisbane to Melbourne, and the costs are high, however much cheaper than from the US to Australia for a 25kg product, I hope you agree? Made my purchase on line over the weekend during COVID 19 conditions, Goods arrived within 7 days, with full tracking visible, Goods arrived well packed and ready to use. A great experience all round.

Contacted Aqua with an issue once I received the item discussion led to returning the item and receiving a refund. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable staff a pleasure to deal with would recommend.

Unfortunately on visiting the store I was expecting to walk in to the same helpful advice and to be able to look at product displays i was wanting to buy a Wilma system. On walking into the store staff looked at me like I was stupid for not already having placed my order online

Hey Brad, We apologies if the staff were not accommodating on your latest visit, although our renovations are a few months old, this is no excuse and all customers should be made to feel welcome and comfortable whether its the 1st or the 15th visit. Our new concept's intentions are to place the focus on our customers' success, expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand so our community don't have to wait as often, while keeping pricing competitive and stable. This was all so we can spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have the new coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! We understand the Show Room concept isn’t for everyone as many like to browse shelves, but this change allows us to hold a lot more stock so we can hold a larger range of products and larger quantities so there are less delays and chance things will be out of stock for our community. All our products are available to see online and you can always ask for more information if you think the product page is lacking anything. Our Customer Success Team has expanded to have more people available to answer questions, give advice and troubleshoot with our community via email for all who can’t make it instore. We completely renovated our ShowRoom to give us space to sit down and talk to customers who want advice on their projects. Soon we will be offering a service to book time in with our team so you can be sure you will get that one-on-one chance with our team to get the advice you are after at a time that suits without being interrupted if the store gets busy. As we know sometimes it can be hard if there is a rush of customers when you are instore and the team have to balance this. The online side of things is for all our customers who know what they are after, can shop from the comfort of their home and get orders freighted or come instore and collect for a faster transaction, we are always here to give advice via email, phone or instore and we hope you can give the new concept a chance.
