“I’ve ordered twice so far from here & I've been exceptionally happy both in the service I received and in the quality and price of the items I received. On the first order, I messed up and and needed a bit of advice on the rhizopots and if they would work for my water lilies.... I received patient help in fixing my mistake and valuable advice on the pots. I also received my order to Victoria a couple of days sooner than expected. Based on the two purchases I’ve already made here, I would have no qualms in purchasing here again and I would be happy to refer family friends and you to this store.....I’ll be back”

Hi Jayde, I'm really sorry about your bad experience. When you purchased the last product you are waiting for, there should have been a warning on the website that it was out of stock? We will have the final product back in stock this week and express ship it to you. Delays from China for products have been crippling this year. I hope the other products on the other 2 orders we have sent to you are working well for you. Regards, Chris

“Was good but whoever your courier here is, is not very thoughtful. Let $100 worth of package with my name and that it was from aqua gardening on the outside; just sitting in my driveway. I mean unless they wanted someone to break into my house. I don't think I'll be buying from you guys again. Supporting Australian Businesses is great but you know only if your likely to get the stuff you bought. My neighborhood is pretty rough. The courier would be able to see that just driving through.”

“It felt really impersonal, asked to sit at a computer and look at pictures, i went to the shop to look at the products and compare, see the lights ect work. Worst mistake ever changing to the new setup, wont be back”

“Aqua Gardening has great service and awesome water garden features to have a look at sparking a lot of questions. However I find that not being able to see the products isn'tvery helpful. I like to look at what is available as I do not know all the products by name. I also like to find other products I didn't know where available.”
