Hi Raymond, We've received your feedback - thanks. I want to help you get growing with the Hydrostarter pack. There's two things to check: 1. the small black valve on the water line needs to be dripping at one drip per second. Disconnect the tubing to check. 2. Then once you have checked the drip, check the smart valve in the centre of the double hydrotray has water coming out of it. This way the system will work as intended!
