We enjoy the kids with rusty. The clean neat site. Friendly staff and restaurant with bar. The marked walks are excellent.

We had a fantastic family holiday here. We stayed near each other with four "caravans". The accommodation was very new and clean and had all the facilities anybody could reasonably want. The onsite facilities were of a high standard also. We particularly loved the pool. I would say that this is a beautiful location and that people should find out what the local area offers for tourists as there are plenty gems.

The majority of the holiday was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed it, however, the food served in the restaurant is of poor quality, steaks tasted like old rubber boots and we are yet to receive our sweet order, which we finally gave up on. The gambing machines used to be a highlight and cost mum lots of money to win tokens, now there is very little machines its hardly worth going in. The cost of the rover pass for the weekend on an already expensive weekend is something that should be looked at, it should be included in the holiday and certainly not a money making exercise. We will be back as we enjoy the scenary but we have been going away weekends to alternative locations due to the rising costs and poor quality of food.

I don't think I'll ever visit dunoon again. I was so bored. The ferry was good . And it was nice to see the porpoises. But that was it.

Arcade staff demotivated, rude, over worked, understaffed and restaurant didn't fair much better as were told we should have booked a table as it's busy and were told 30 min wait and someone would come and get us in arcade. No one came and we then got told our table had. Even ready for while. Furthermore we were told that a few things on menu were not available. Djs and kids entertainers not as good as years gone by. And karaoke was badly organised. Won't be back sadly as each of our 6 visits got gradually worse and enough is enough. Everything seems a hassle. Exception being reception staff as they did a good job.

We didn't get the opportunity to go. After paying the holiday in full, which took a good while to save up for, 10 days before we were due to arrive my father in law passed away. When we phoned we were told that we would lose all our money and the holiday could not be rescheduled or redeemed. Very disappointing and a little heartless as we weren't even offered any discount or any kind of options. I'm very sure that our cabin would have been filled easily enough as it was October week, so you got double money. A lot of money to throw at nothing. Unforeseeable circumstances, sure! Nobody's fault but a little of decency would have been nice.

We've being staying at Loch Goilhead ( Drimsynie Estate ) through Argyll Holidays since 2008 and we keep returning because not only is it a stunning location you also have all the creature comforts you could ever wish for, from the top notch accommodations to suit every budget to the Hotel facilities ( swimming baths, sauner, steam room Jacuzzi, 9 hole golf course, bars and restaurants and not to forget the play area for the children. Add to this friendly staff and an abundance of beautiful walks you really can't fail to be happy.

Hunters Quay offers everything that I enjoy in a holiday. This ranges from the location in Scotland which is very scenic and central to touring the highlands. It is also convenient for visiting the city of Glasgow. The site its self is maintained to a very high standard and offers all that I expect. I have been visited Hunters Quay each year since the site was developed and look forward to returning for many more years to come.
