“We had three great days at the Loch Lomand site. The staff was very kind. The site is in a breath taking location. Drovers Inn is not far away :-)”

“The lodge was spotlessly clean and met all our needs. The ensuite bathrooms were well equipped for a nice relaxing soak before chilling in lounge and admiring the view of the loch”

“We're just back from a 4 night stay at Hunters Quay, and already looking to book our next visit. We were a multi generation group of grandparents, parents and children aged 4 and 7, we stayed in one of the 3 bedroom Oak Premier Lodges with a hot tub. The Argyll holidays team demonstrated a high level of customer service from the initial call to book, through to check in and for the duration of our stay. The lodge was bright, clean, modern and well appointed - the whole family loved having the hot tub on the decking, we were in it morning noon and night :-) The views throughout the holiday village were stunning, (please note the village location is quite hilly and may not be suited to someone with limited mobility/ walking difficulties) The village centre was just a short 5 minutes walk away from our lodge, the children enjoyed unlimited access to the soft play and swimming pool as well as wide range of bookable activities. Meeting Rosie at the children's disco was a highlight for them both. We ate at Hunters Bar & Grill on one evening, the staff were cheery and attentive, the menu was typical pub grub - we would recommend the fish & chips or the chicken burger, both were really delicious. Important to mention we visited Hunters Quay outwith the Scottish school holidays which meant the park was quite quiet which was ideal, think there is potential for the village centre to get over crowded during peak season. Thank you to the Argyll Holidays team for a great family week away - we hope to be back at some point in the not too distant future.”

“I would have rated Stratheck 0 stars if that was an option. £200 deposit was taken off my party as the hot tub had to be cleaned after we used it. The management on site were very arrogant when we tried to dispute this.”

“The lodge we were in was fantastic. It was spacious, clean well equipped, in a quiet area and had a fab hot tub with beautiful views. The entertainment centre was pretty bad to be honest - not much free for the kids to do (they had to pay even to go in the soft-play zone) and it was just a few arcade machines in a really run-down hall. The staff in the entertainment centre were pretty poor too I'm afraid to say. This is not a review of the evening entertainment as we didn't go to that, just the young folk minding the shop in the daytimes. Front desk staff very friendly and the team in your onsite pub/restaurant were also very helpful and welcoming. Luckily we had good weather so spent most of our time exploring the local area and the evenings in our lovely lodge.”

“Uncomfortable dirty beds!!! Have stayed at Drimsynie before and it's been great but this was past a joke. If it wasn't for us being so ill and not well enough to drive, we would have gone home. Osprey 17 ruined my holiday!! Did complain upon leaving but never heard anything back from yourselves.”
