Delivery is horrible. We bought a couch from Arhaus because we were told it would only be 2 weeks to get it in. It did only take two weeks to get to the warehouse and then it took another two weeks to schedule the delivery. The day it was to be delivered they never showed up and to top it off they didn’t even call. I had to call them the next day and now they are telling me another two weeks. Every single piece of furniture I have purchased from them has taken over a month for delivery. Now we have nothing to sit on because we hauled are old stuff away the day they were suppose to bring the new couch. They need better management of their delivery dept.

I ordered two Milo’s sofas August of 2023 on sale. My credit card was charged months ago. Poor communication, multiple different excuses for not receiving. Lies about sofa being discontinued. As of March 2024 Never received order, when I asked why I could not be sent two Milo’s sofas I see on website, they refund my card immediately,They decided not to honor sale price after I waited over 6 months while they held my money. Bad faith company !!! No photos since I never received my order

First I want to say that I think they have the best and nicest selection of furniture where I live. We bought a 6 piece bedroom set , a sectional sofa and complete dining room furniture, we spent a lot of money with them. We were told everything was in stock, so one would assume they would get their furniture in a timely manner. That is not the case with Arhaus. After not receiving any kind of communication as to when our items would ship I called customer service and received the run around basically. I was told that our furniture was indeed in stock but they were in 3 different whare houses and they need to all be trucked to one and then sent on to us. They could not give an exact time line but said most likely 12 weeks. So, In Stock means a long wait, therefore I cannot recommend them .. there are several places that sell very nice furniture online and you receive a communication and get your furniture in days so I suggest looking around before buying at Arhaus, even though I do like their furniture, I don’t like the way they do business! After 12 weeks We are still waiting for delivery :(

This was a disaster from the very beginning. Not only did they deliver the wrong sofa and sectional, but failed to give us the credit they promised us. The warranty center that covers the fabric as a scam. The app is very confusing and if you don’t read the fine print in the actual contract, you will never get your damages fixed they will deny your claim. So basically you’re paying for nothing.

Terrible customer service. After salesman/ designer wasted my time and insulted me, I just walked out. Second bad experience in trying to purchase furniture from them. Will be buying elsewhere.

At these prices, you’d be forgiven for assuming quality. We bought a sectional couch, a dining room table, and 10 dining room chairs from Arhaus, all in one purchase. Enough for them to take us seriously. Oh, and we upgraded to the ‘performance’ fabric and purchased the warranty. Within 2 days of receiving our couch, our dog jumped on it with muddy paws. We couldn’t get the stain out, so we filed a claim. It was denied. They called it normal wear and tear. We went back to the store. They sympathized but told us to keep fighting and wished us good luck. We made a stink and they finally agreed to have it professionally cleaned. The stains got bigger. They ignored us for weeks and then, after we complained as much as possible, they finally agreed to replace the couch. When the new couch arrived, it had tears in it from (presumably) box cutters. We notified them of this and they ignored us. We finally gave up and just positioned the couch so people can’t see the cuts in the fabric. Their performance fabric is junk. The warranty service is a scam. And their customer service is abysmal. There are better places to spend your money.

I paid them a lot of money and a lot of interest, unfortunately the original check for over $28,000 was lost in the mail to pay off the account, resent another check and explained the dilemma and they still charged me an additional $1000.00 in interest.... bad customer relations.... get a personal loan....

Couldn’t not be worse customer service - need to swap out two chairs within a day of ir being delivered - I was ok paying 10% restocking fee (tho painful) but then they added $300 pick up fee + additional delivery fee for the exchanges chairs. And wouldn’t budge on my dropping off to shopping facility etc despite having just spent $14K on furniture with them. Never ever returning - they need to take a crash course on customer service.

I do not recommend Arhaus. I bought four counter stools that didn’t fit correctly. I immediately called them and was charged a restocking fee and another delivery fee to return them. I ended paying them $700 to return the stools in less than 24 hours! I wanted to buy different stools but was told that there would be another$299 dollar charge to purchase and deliver them. Are they nuts? They wouldn’t budge and lost my business. I am using RH now who are a pleasure to deal with and run a great business. They are going out of their way to earn my business. No restocking fees and a onetime delivery fee. Do not shop at Arhaus very poor customer service!!

We bought a marble top dining table and coffee table from Arhaus. We were coaxed into buying a warranty for both due to the nature of marble. When we got a water mark, they sent out a technician who made it much worse. He then said the marble top needed to be replaced. One month later we were told by Arhaus that they had discontinued the line and could not replace the marble top. We had 10 days to accept whatever they offered us … which in no way came close to replacing the item or fulfilling the warranty.

I made a purchase in March of 2022. The items arrived in August and were HORRIBLE quality compared to what was on the showroom that I was expecting. Even worse than this, I cannot get straight answer from the salesperson. It is unacceptable the way Arhaus treats their paying customers. I have been going back and forth with them for months and they dodge fixing the issue each and every time. It is always a broken promise. I will be sure to pass my experience along to anyone who is looking for furniture - nothing but disappointments with this company and employees!! Deceptive!! :(

We’ve enjoyed the Arhaus furniture that we have purchased in the past, but their customer service is terrible. We purchased a bed in May 2022, and we were told to expect in 16 weeks…OK, after 18 weeks we called and were told it would be another 12 weeks…Hmm, called again and were told looks like April of 2023 delivery, no explanation, no apology and no ASSURANCE that April was a lock! Cancelled order and will never shop here again! FYI the bed is still show as ‘in stock’ / 5 week delivery

This business is a joke. Zero accountability, zero customer service. No one cares or takes accountability. Inept and arrogant. No other business would treat its customers with such disregard. But they will tell you they have a concierge… yeah right. Obviously concierge doesn’t know how to measure and really has no interest in getting a problem resolved. Store manager apparently has no influence or input on their “concierge “ again what a joke. No interest that the couch you purchased has a cushion insert that’s pretty much collapsed. I think I’m nearing a year for replacement. Go elsewhere for furniture. Skip the arrogance, save some money and shop where they actually believe in quality and customer service.

I do not know where to start. Poorly build furniture, slow service, unfriendly service and limited willingness/ability to help. My wife went to their location at Oakbrook and purchased a bed frame. She loved the look of it and spent nearly $3,000 on it. To start it was not delivered for nearly 6 months, now 3 months later the bed frame is split in half. I am 175 lbs and my wife is 100 lbs, we are not jumping on the bed I promise you that and this bed split in half. When we called customer service, they were unfriendly, unable to help and overall a complete nightmare. Their warranty for defects, is a straight up lie and they will over charge you for a low quality piece of furniture and turn their back on you when it is time to put their money where their mouth is. Do not shop here, do not spend your money here and do not expect quality product or support. My advice for you, go anywhere else.

Be W A R E: ARHAUS Quality is at Best just better than Bob's Furniture ! Try Basset or Stickley, they are reliable and have honest managers / sales. The Consierge help is HORRIBLE, reminder delivery can be 10 -14 months, but they will quote delivery 3 months,

Arhaus has the most unique and one of a kind items. I LOVE the quality and the ability to customize furniture to fit my home. From the moment I walked into the store until delivery, I was treated with utmost respect. Buying furniture is an investment and something I was stressed out over but Arhaus made it easy. I had a problem with the dining table hardware and the concierge service handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

Arhaus has great products, but their salespeople are not great. We were sold a dining set including a wood table and chairs, and also purchased the warranty since our salesperson said it would cover literally any damage. Well, here we are with pet damage to the table and Arhaus and the warranty company are saying they don't cover "that type of pet damage". Would recommend purchasing their products, NOT the warranty. Also, buy online to avoid their pushy salespeople who aren't truthful about things like the warranty.
