“We purchased living room, dining room and bedroom furniture from Arhaus over 20 years ago. The one issue we had was the original bed support broke. Not only did they replace the support, they also sent an extra support in case something happened in the future. Reading the reviews of people complaining about their fabric puckering…that happens when you sit/lay on the furniture. It’s not a fault of the company.
In 24 years we’ve replaced the slipcovers for our sofa and chair once so it would be fresh for our family room in our new home. We actually purchased two more items from Arhaus yesterday. This is a truly quality company and I would more than recommend their products. If you have a loft near you, take advantage of the discounted items. It makes your money go even further.”

My salesperson Kieva Farhi is very artistically inclined and helped advise me on purchases very professionally. She continued to advise me when I moved into ordering for more rooms in my apartment.
