“AorA shipped fast and the price was good, but they shipped with a signature requirement which was a pain. People with jobs can't sit around all afternoon waiting for the Fed Ex driver. But for a retired person or stay at home mom, their service was great.”

“East to find what I was looking for on the website. Price was exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was fast and discrete. The product is working out great for my reloading. “The product I ordered from your company were exactly as described. My order was confirmed and I was notified immediately when shipped. Your company supplied exactly what I needed. My only issue you need to be aware of was the shipping. I realize this is out of your control, but when my package was delivered, the box had water damage, had apparently broken open, and looked as though it was taped over the wet broken box, then delivered. The product was majority intact; however, approximately 37 projectiles were missing from the box. Most likely lost from broken box while in transit. I’m completely satisfied, and pleased with the product I received. And I look forward to doing business with you in the future. I have already given your information to fellow shooters, and have every intention to promote your business. Sincerely Bruce McPhail”

“I was looking to purchase some parts for my next build and came across Arm or Ally's website. I had never seen the site before and couldn't believe how low their prices were. At first, I thought it was a scam site because of how low the prices were. I googled the website and they are definitely not a scam site. I sent them an email to ask a question and they promptly replied with the answer I was looking for. Even though their prices were low they still gave me a veteran discount. I would recommend purchasing from Arm or Ally.”

“This review is in regards to the customer service. I ordered some Berry's Bullets, and they were mispackaged in the wrong box straight from the factory. I reached out to the team Arm and Ally team and they immediately shipped out the correct items and sent me a return label. I greatly appreciate the speed and professionalism from Butch and his team. I will be going back to them as soon as my reloading supplies run out. As for the bullets, they are my go to in 9mm. It's a little concerning they mispackaged rounds into a different box but accidents happen. Hopefully Berry's gets this issue addressed.”

“Price was right. Purchased to replace two BCG’s I had received from another vendor. Found this one at a better price. Toolcraft may make the best BCG on the market. Put this one in as soon as it arrived. After about 100 round’s still runs smooth.”
