“The first Anniversary wine box I received was beautifully crafted and unfortunately damaged by the shipping carrier. Staci in customer service was excellent in getting a new box with wine out to me in an expedient manner. The second box received was just as beautiful and arrived safely. I would highly recommend Artificer Wood Works! They are top notch in product and service!”

“My living in Australia and having a niece about to be married in the United States, was a real challenge in purchasing an appropriate wedding gift. Unable to attend the upcoming wedding, due to my age and health, I was left to scouring the internet for something unique. When I came across the Artificer Wood Works site, I knew I had the perfect gift for her. Following the exchange of several emails with Stacie at this site, an order was placed for the Photo - Anniversary Wine Box, plus 3 bottles wine. Several days later my niece received the gift. Her response being: "Awesome gift!! I absolutely love it!! Can’t wait to show XXXX, (her partner). Very thoughtful and creative! "”

“Great product and I’m Looking forward to giving it. I have one suggestion as an enhancement - it is not a complaint: if you could make the engraved lettering more consistent in darkness coloring I think it could be even nicer. It wasn’t bad, just an observation - and you seem to be looking for honest feedback. Very satisfied, though, overall with everything!”

“Artificer Wood is always a dream to work with! We have worked with Artificer Wood for about 3 years and have always been happy with their accuracy and turn around. This was a custom order based upon another of their larger designs and they were completely amenable to downsizing for 1 bottle design. This is an impressive gift when paired with a remarkable bottle of wine. We strongly recommend any of the wooden boxes from Artificer Wood!”

“Ordered this with fellow bridesmaids as a wedding gift and it came out absolutely beautiful! We wanted something a little different from the registry items. We had an engagement picture on the outside so it can be used beyond the 5 years. The team was WONDERFUL to work with and the other girls were beyond impressed by the finished product.”

“Making a purchase from Artificer Wood Works was one of the most professional, personable, custom orders I've ever placed on the Internet. Aside from being able to have my own artwork engraved on the wine box, I loved that when I received it in the mail, there was a note with handwritten names of each person who crafted, engraved, and packaged my wine box. Such a personal touch! The customer service was great, the wine box is well crafted, and the turn around time was very fast. I would not hesitate to place another order in the future!”
