“Ordered a Monstera and Arica Palm, really pleased with them. They’ve been here a few weeks and caused no problem at all! The Arica is set up high so you see most of the underneath but very realistic. The Monstera has an earthy looking topping in the pot so I have to resist watering it. Beautifully packaged and prompt delivery.”

“I was in communication from the beginning regarding some of the ‘joints’ which are very poor on my olive tree but was told this was normal (tree also doesn’t stand straight). As they are very visible at the bottom, I was extremely disappointed as I hoped it would look more natural, and decided to return for refund. I then discovered returning the item was at my own cost, I asked if I would be able to arrange through Artificial Eden’s courier account to bring this cost down as this was not a mere ‘change of mind return’ however I received no reply from the company. I was very keen to support a small UK business which influenced my order originally, however at a cost of over £30 to return, I would unfortunately not use this company again for other items as I’d intended, nor could I recommend.”

Hi Toni, Really sorry you felt you had to leave us a negative review. I think it is clear from your comments that you obviously didn't read or receive the last email that was sent to you in our lengthy communication. The last email stated "yes we are happy to arrange a collection on this occasion for you but as you will need to be present for the collection, please advise what days you will be available". This was sent to you on the 18th January at 11.29am. Unfortunately we have never had a response back from you from this last email so nothing has been arranged. If you would still like this collected we are happy to do so but once again you MUST advise what days you will be available.
