“I loved this company and their coffee, but I can’t deal with their poorly designed nespresso pods. I stopped buying from these guys for 6 months because 50% of their pods just would work — they would just drip out water. They sent me replacements, which were even worse. I’ve been happily using a number of other brands for the past 6 months, but thought I’d try Artizan one more time. Same problem. It’s such a waste of money and I don’t understand how they do not recognize this problem. Never experienced it with any other brand. Not only that, I bought my favorite coffee I used to buy from them before, and it is much noticeably worse. I’m not sure if this is just a batch thing, but unfortunately this is my last order from Artizan.”

“I am very disappointed in the espresso pods. The flavor is not there - I tried many types and levels of strength- none have any flavor. I will be tossing or giving away I spent over $50 it was a waste”

“I wanted to love this coffee because their sustainable practices are wonderful. But oh my goodness this coffee does not taste good. I tried around 4 different kinds and didn’t find one that tasted good. Super bummed!”

“Pods don't work well in our Nespresso machine. The machine puts out plain water for the first half of the cycle before starting to put out coffee. The result is weak, poor tasting coffee. Every once in a while a pod will output coffee for the entire cycle then the cup is acceptable. Been a Nespresso user for many years, have tried many brands and never seen malfunctioning pods before.”

“I was hoping for better than Nespresso pods, but the coffee tasted somewhat burnt and watered down. I am disappointed. If you can improve quality please let me know and I will give you another try.”

“Im very sorry to say that i think the coffee is dreadful….it does not taste like any other coffee I’ve ever had it’s a very weird taste. I’ve only tried two of the four flavors but they are both equally bad. One is Cuba, Mia, and the other is heavenly project. I’m sorry.”

“The coffee tastes ok, but what I found frustrating is that there is nothing to identify the flavor/kind on the pod. I checked agin the pictures online, and your advertised pods all have on their cap the same picture you see on the box. This is deceiving. So if I want to know which pod/flavor I’m having, I have to keep them all their boxes. It would be easier to get past this problem if the coffee’s quality was at least premium, but it’s still below Nespresso pods’ quality for the same price. I won’t be coming back, I’m sorry.”

“Ordered decaf lungo for Nespresso. Coffee was fairly tasteless and the pod blocked the discharge port. I’ll look elsewhere next time”

“Tried Colombia and Ethiopia single origin. Capsules are well made and fit well into the Nespresso machine, but appear underfilled as the coffee is decidedly watery. Taste is subjective, but in my personal opinion, both varieties were roasted way too dark and ended up bitter. Zero depth, zero acidity. Will not be buying again.”

“Ordered these as an alternative to Nespresso pods as the coffee is organic. The coffee taste was weak and not a true 'ristretto" flavor. Pods also did not work will with my Nespresso machine. They tend to collapse and then fail. Will not order again.”
