“I was asked by customer service to speak with manager of store as I requested refund. The person who come as manager was wearing dirty clothes, fleece with no badge name, he did not introduce himself and the way he has spoken to me was extremely unprofessional.
He could explain me the same thing in different ways but instead he choose to be discusting and rude.
I am an autistic person and sarcasm it is something I do not recognised, but he thought it would be great fun to tell yet another client to F.O in funny way.
So far I never had issues in the shop with anything or anyone but today experience with someone who looked like he just roll on the ground in the rain on parking lot but said his manager, make me not want to go to this store ever again.
Rude and ignoring way of talking to anyone is not acceptable. For him maybe £53 is nothing but for me it is my whole week food shopping and I want those money back.
Asda your MANAGER of shop is absolutely horrible disrespectful to others person.
Change that cos no customers should be treated like that.”
“I am a regular shopper at Asda Superstore Peterborough. My only concern is why are people allowed to smoke at the exits. I had to walk past 2 or 3 people smoking very close to the doors for the exit onto the car park. Not a nice experience.”

“Iv shopped at this store for 30 years, i have never known a store to go so downhill so quickly, the store itself is not particularly clean, quality of food has declined, especially in the bakery department and as for the stores toilets where do i start, absolutely shocking, dirty, toilets can not be checked regularly as numeeous times i have been and walked out due to dirty floors, dirty sinks, faeces and urine over floors and toilets, considering they are located very close to the restaurant this is a health concern and im very suprised they remain open, if the disgusting conditions of the toilets is anything to go by i dread to think what the areas we don't see are like”
“Used to buy halal meat chicken whatever from the halal section, today I bought lamp so on top they are putting boneless but hidden the bone at the bottom. This section is run by gangs people from Egypt all they do is rubbish and cheating to make sales.
I do advice people to not buy anything from there as Asda store helping and support them. Idiots”
“Ordered gift for Christmas because website doesn’t say they are out of stock they decide to replace is with something similar.
I collected the item (box was damaged) and decided i cannot give a pink item as gift for a male so went to return it, staff in store had no clue what they’re doing and one said that once i collect item and don’t hand it back in right away i am unable to return it anymore.
Eventually someone else took the item and returned it however, never gave me any ref no. Only took my order number and phone no. I have then received an email my refund was rejected.
No i have £40 gone and no gift.... really surprised how this store operates they should not steal money from people how is that ok?”

“Love this ASDA store, the parking is okay, atm machines good location at entrance, very nice inside with electrical on the left, fruit veg and meats in long aisles, lovey fresh cooked meats pizzas and fresh fish counter, very rare to have to wait for check out. Great location for Iceland George Poundland and shopping centre”
