“Order placed and confirmed 4 working days prior to given appointment date and time.
Low and behold turn up to have 4 tyres replaced and fitting company have confirmation but never took delivery of tyres. Called Asda tyres after waiting 30 mins for them to open to be told sorry I will email our supplier nothing else I can do.
So after taking a half day of work at my expense a didmt get my tyres done.
The fitting company called around lunch time to let me know tyres arrived and gave me all slots they had avaliable to get them done so basically lost a full day's pay due to asda tyre no doing there job”
“Terrible and squalid tyre fitter. Knew nothing about the tyres or fitting. Very unhelpful and discourteous. Access to bay was restricted through random vehicles blocking entrance. Would not be moved when asked. Terrible experience in every way. Not good for Asda's profile.”
“Fitted 2 back tyres ( sportactive ) June 2023 for £310. Done 14000 miles then on motorway car unbalanced. Stopped to find one of them gone flat with wire out. My previous perilli tyres for same price lasted for 54000 miles. See the difference? Either the tyres from Asda tyres were very old initially or the quality they provide is worthless..never use them again..rip-offs.”
“Utterly incompetent. Send 5 tyres on 3 orders and one tyre is incorrect. Delivery driver refuses to not deliver it then Asda dont have a telephone number until you log it online via an account you don’t want and then don’t collect it and won’t let me take it to their couriers depot meaning another day or more where you have to be at the delivery address for collection. Avoid Avoid Avoid.”
“Purchased 4 tyres from Asda which included fitting at one of their chosen fitters.
Tyres fitted but one wheel was damaged. Returned to fitter to point out the damage and was laughed at and discriminated. They mentioned if I had gone direct to them, they would have given money back but as I used Asda, I’ve not even paid the correct price.
Asda customer service initially agreed with my dispute having reviewed the pictures but then later changed stance and decide to blame curb damage. The pictures of the damage clearly show fitting damage.
No mention or apologies made for the discrimination or way I was treated.
Very upset and would recommend you avoid using Asda at all costs as they do not have customers interest at heart.”

Misleading promotion for £50 vouchers. I confirmed the £50 voucher by email after buying the tyres, asking when I will get the £50 vouchers. They didn't refute my claim. Turns out conditions attached even though voucher says BG50. So only £10 voucher given. This is back street car type deal. I stay clear of these people so didn't expect a big name to sink to their level. Avoid.”
“Absolutely terrible company. Order tyres to be fitted Saturday. I get a call from fitter saying the can no longer facilitate my booking. So I ring Asda to sort this out and they just refused to help in any way possible. Sent me a refund that I might receive NEXT WEEK. So now I have no tyres and no money to buy elsewhere. DO NOT USE ASDA TYRES”
“Appointment made via Asda Tyres for a next day change. Arrived at garage to find that tyres hadn't been delivered and when I and the garage rang Asda Tyres the line rang out. No apology or explanation from Asda Tyres just an email to confirm that they subsequently cancelled my order (as I requested via email).”
“I ordered Two tyres to be fitted at 5pm to 6pm as had to be at work by 7.30pm had a no show so went to work. I then got a call at about 22:45 by the fitter to tell me he was on his way, I informed him that I was not there and the tyres were not being fitted on my driveway at nearly midnight, he was very insistent so I had to get very abrupt with him.
I then cancelled my order as i needed the tyres urgently and they informed me that i would get a full refund for my order and this would take about 6 days after 6 days I got paid back for 1 tyre and not both.
All the way along you can not actually talk to a human if you want to complain or have an issue with their service, I have asked to be called back but with no avail.
I will never be ordering tyres from ASDA again and as a business suggestion please hope they stick with groceries from now on.”
“The price of a pair of tyres was very compatible.
Only issue is with their suggested fitters.
Apparently any new tyres before fitting should be balanced first.....this didn't happen.
The fitter told me that the wheels need alignment and they didn't do it. !
which I got done at another garage and had to pay £20 for wheel balancing.”
“Booked tyres online with asda and turned up to garage to have them fitted. But NO tyres delivered from asda to the garage. Rang asda to be told tyres should of been delivered on the 27-03-24. I had to chase up asda about this because I have had no communication from them at all there customer is appalling ended up cancelling order and been told 5/6 days for a refund. Which absolutely rubbish service.”

Order 4x new tyres payment taken placed on 13th March 3024 for fitment on the 15th Mar to be told stock issues and would have to wait a few days for delivery to fitter garage, I did wait so ok. Turn up at the garage on new appointment date & time and surprise!!! No tyres delivered at to local garage, they didn't receive delivery or knew where they were. Had to cancel the order and use the garages stocked tyres. Phoned Asda to cancel the order to get a refund, so now cost £660 until I get a refund from Asda tyres... What a complete Joke”
“Ordered 2 pirelli tyres for fitting seven days later. The money is paid instantly but 2 hours later I receive a message to say that due to lack of stock would I like to choose another product.
The ones I ordered were competitively
priced but the alternatives were not. Smells fishy to me that so I request a refund but the refund takes up to 7 days to process so now I must pay again elsewhere while this shower hold on to my refund for a week.
To add insult to injury when I said to their representative that I'd like to complain he told me that I couldn't complain I could only send feedback”
“Very poor service when I got on the site to order my tyres on the 14th It said next day delivery, I then got an email that said delivery and fitting would be Friday the 16th. This didn’t fit my plans, as I was away on the 16th as I had the car booked on a ferry. I tried calling Asda tyres as soon as I got the email but no answer just a recorded message,I couldn’t talk to a human that I find very frustrating. I went straight to the garage as soon as I got the email, cancelling what I was doing Wednesday the 14 th when I got to Just tyres they changed my booking. I turned up today, and guess what!! No tyres had been delivered! I had to cancel my order and purchase some more expensive tyres. My point is, I wouldn’t have used Asda tyres if they couldn’t get the tyres. To top it off the garage didn’t have the right equipment to heat up the nuts for the adjustment. So I couldn’t have that done either my ref ASD865472KWA”
