“Paid for 4 tyres ahead of my MOT and called customer services to confirm everything was set for my appointment a week later, (having read terribke recent reviews). I was assured everything was fine so turned up at the garage but was told my tyres hadn't arrived. Called customer service again who said they were out of stock with no alternative. Now waiting for my refund...
Bottom line - completely unreliable.”
“Ordered for home tyre change, called the night before to say that tyres were unavailable (More expensive ones available, funny that.) Cancelled and made other arrangements. Refund not processed, have had to chase them for my money back. Now told 14 days for refund. Won't use again. I suggest you don't either. Sh*te.”
“Ordered the tyres with 7 day fitting notice then rang me the day before to say tyres not available, then told me I would have to wait for refund !! Take my advice do not pay anything to Asda tyres unless the tyres are on your vehicle. Read the reviews on here and make your own decision.”
“Absolutely terrible service, they sent 2 different tyres to the fitters, spent an hour trying to ring them and no one answered, sent an email and 3 days later no answer!
Spoke to a customer service person who said they would replace the tyres and ring me back - no one rang me back! Spoke to another customer service person who then refused to speak to me as the order was in my wifes name, so we cancelled the transaction with the credit card supplier and bought the tyres from our local tyre fitters

“Should be fitted tyres today with halfords, time slow was 12:00-16:00. At 15 spoke with customer service which promised driver will be with me at 15.57 on his shedule. No driver at 16, 16:30 different person told me tyres will be fitted shortly. At 16 30 manager give me a call and told me tyres not arrived and they can reshedule for working day. It has been booked in good in advance specially for saturday as its fleet van and can't be done on weekdays. Day is lost and service is disrespectful. Highly not recommend to anyone who looking for tyres”
“Shocking service, 14 days for a refund!!!! Asda Tyres cancelled the booking within 2 hours of booking it, no new appointment for 7 days so I opted to cancel and was told 48 hours for refund which is poor service but 5 days later still no refund and when I called back I'm now told it takes 14 days which is just not an acceptable turn around for their error and girls attitude was pretty poor. Never again, rails don't get answered either”
“The tyres is good quality but horrible tyre fitting service.
In the garage they refused to change the tyres, they told me the tyres is wrong size and need to be sent back (but tyres was original size). Had to go to another garage and pay for the fitting again. Asda tyres doesnt refund money which I paid them for fitting.”
“Ordered on a Friday and booked in for Monday at local garage,arrived at garage at my allotted time to be told they have had no delivery of tyres from Asda and to contact them to which I did to be told they’ll be there for the following day to then get a phone call to say they are delayed and booked me in for this morning (Thursday) arrived this morning and guess what? Yep no tyres yet again! So another phone call and the excuse was… There’s been a problem with the invoice is tomorrow ok? “Everyone stay clear of Asda Tyres! Colewood Automotive are a group of con artists. Especially Rachael Knight who not only refused to log a serious complaint but called my Dad names. She is an embarrassment to her position and the company. Also withholds your money for 3 weeks before giving it back! Monday - tyres due to be fitted (paid extra for 2 hour fitting window), Fitter failed to turn up.
Wednesday - rescheduled for morning. Email at 10am (sorry we are not coming)
Saturday (lots of promises to fit tyres from Asda. Time scheduled and agreed. You can guess the rest!
They may be cheap but there is a reason for that. Avoid at all costs.”

The fitters they booked me into had no idea I was coming and didn't know they were listed on Asda Tyres - they didn't even have a tyre fitter, meaning the MOT I had booked later that day would have failed if I hadn't gone and retrieved my tyres from them and then paid further money to get them fitted elsewhere. Asda Tyres customer service were then rude and unhelpful, telling me I'm "not allowed" to take the tyres I had bought and paid for away from the garage that they wrongly sent them to. A complete waste of time and effort - I won't be using Asda Tyres again, because what I might save on the cost isn't worth it, in my opinion, for the complete lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. that I have had.”
“Tyres with fitting booked for Thursday, fitters never arrived, didn’t get any emails or calls. Called next day, they don’t know what happened. Gave me date for 2days later. I cancelled the order! Absolutely ridiculous!”
“Ordered 2 tyres with fitting next day at Halfords 14-15h slot. No tyres arrived. Called Asda to be told that they will email supplier to check when they will be delivered.
Waited for 2 hours with no luck. Few hours later received email that is booked for next day 10am without asking me if I can attend at that day or time.
Please AVOID not worthy of hassle for few pounds cheaper. NEVER AGAIN”
“Ordered four tyres at £660 to be fitted at the local garage the next morning. The confirmation stated a slot for 8:30am, on arrival at 8:15am I was informed that the tyres could not be fitted until 10:am due to Asda’s system can’t read the garages diary…. What a joke!!! I Contacted Asda to complain and had no luck I just had to sit around for nearly two hours before the work began. Terrible service, would not use them again.”
“I think Asda tyres are fraudulently operating this service, as like most of the reviews here they have taken my money and not delivered the goods, had to buy more expensive stock tyres from fitter and stretch my Credit Card but will probably have to pay a fee as they will not refund in time for me to pay the monthly off.
