“the glider bench is nice but it didn't come with all the screws and bolts. that's so frustrating. I had to get a handman to come and help because I didn't have what I needed and got confused.”

“I ordered the 10” titan grill. This company was highly recommended from the carnivore support group that I am a part of, because I only eat meat, I was looking forward to receiving my new grill. As I was putting it together, I realized a part was missing and the lid was cracked on the inside. I was a little bit panicked because I knew there was no way I could box this heavy thing back up and send it back. I contacted Customer Service, and although it took a little longer than I would have expected for them to Respond, They eventually did and did not hesitate to take care of my issue. I can’t say I have any complaints about the way Customer Service handled my situation. I was relieved and grateful.”

“The item was backordered, but I believe this vendor did a great job getting it out as soon as possible. One thing about the Santa Maria Grill is the griddle and grill are not easily interchangeable. I have contacted the manufacturer about supplying extra brackets so that I can switch them out. They’re not much help. Titan industries I believe”

I had been looking for some time for teak furniture with no success I bought 2 chairs to test out the quality and service I am amazed by both The chairs arrived within less than a week Beautiful quality I received an email after I made my purchase offering a discount on my first purchase. I contacted them to see if I could use the discount later instead and they immediately honored it and issued me a credit. I am quite pleased and will be ordering from them again”

“I purchased 2 teak club chairs and 2 teak dining chairs with arms. The packages came well packed and in perfect condition. The chairs are all high quality with a very smooth sanded finish and even heavier than expected. Love them and would definitely buy more products from your company. The only problem I had was not being able to get most of the dowels fully in the holes and I was using a 3 lb heavy duty rubber mallet. Really my rating would 4.9 except for the dowels. If there is a trick to getting them in all the way- I suggest putting that info on the instructions.”
