“I ordered and received 4 arm chairs. They are solid and sturdy. They are fairly basic to assemble. However a little more information, and a few extra pegs would be helpful. They don't go in flush to the chair and will need to be cut/sanded down. I sent a chat question without an answer to date.”

“Had to go through two rounds of return and replace them before I FINALLY got the items I ordered. The quality of the product is fine, but the issues in getting it to me and the subsequent work I had to do to get it fixed was a killer for the experience. Likely will not buy from Ash & Ember again”

“Heavy duty! This outside fire piece not only looks great, I love how it looks weathered without jeopardizing the structural integrity. Definitely fits in a backyard/backwood setting. Happy to say the replacement of a cheap “fire pit” this one suits. Great job A&E! Chris C.”
