“Ordered a bench - unpacked to find seat boards ripped off. No damage to box. Contacted customer service had to open a “request” & send pictures of the damage. Did this a week ago no resolution no call or email back with any options, get the run around when a live person answers the phone or transferred to another department, they don’t pick up . Unfortunately so far, I cannot recommend this company.”

“The grill arrived disassembled which is fine… but it did not contain instructions. I was able to assemble it by looking at the finished product pictures on the website but it took about an hour to assemble when it could have taken 10 minutes if I had instructions and there were 4 extra pieces that don’t seem to belong to the grill. Hard to tell because of the lack of instructions. There was a QR code to the manual but the there were no assembly instructions in the 3 page manual.”

“I was excited to get this open fire santa maria. Great build quilt, heavy steal. The next level up was 1499.00 I figured I would try the smaller one and take a chance on a company I don't know much about. Then a couple weeks later the larger model is 40% off! Bummer, would have went with that. 900 for that is a fantastic deal. The smaller version is of good quality and at that price point a great deal in itself. Additionally there are zero instructions to build. Not very difficult, however I have 2 steel bars I have absolutley no clue where to put or what they are for.”
