“Product is very robust and built well. Glad to see what is advertised is reality. Only constructive comment would be to improve the packaging used for shipment. When this product arrived, the cardboard box was almost fully destroyed and a couple of the grate ends were bent/damaged. Not a big issue but an area for improvement. Thanks again for the well built product that I expect will last well over 50 years!”

“I purchased 2 grade A teak chairs for my deck. Chairs arrived in short order and required just a few minutes to assemble. (Assembly was a very simple matter of hammering a few dowels into predrilled holes.) I am very pleased with the high quality of the wood and the overall chair.”

“I liked a lot of things abou the interaction. The items arrived well-packed and the customer service individual was very polite. Initially, I was frustrated with the inability to order items on the website that were out of stock. My thought was that it would make sense to be able to order them and have the order filled when they were back in stock rather than having to constantly check the website for availability. It appears the company followed through with that approach as that is ultimately how my order was fulfilled. I appreciate that thoughtfulness and look forward to ordering additional products in the future. Thank you.”

“Decided to buy a new fire pit because they offered a 20% coupon, upon completion of order I realized they did not take off the 20%, I immediately requested to cancel the order, they responded that there customer service department only worked Monday-Friday and would respond the next business day, they shipped the order before customer service responded. Terrible! They offered me to return the item and pay the restocking fee of almost $100. Even worse! Then I saw the item discounted from the price I paid 15 days after I received it. Requested the difference, they said their policy didn't allow refunds 7 days after delivery. Horrible customer experience. I like the fire pit, did not like their policies. I wish I had bought this somewhere else.”

“We purchased a teak chair from your scratch and dent. It arrived in a damaged box. When I opened the box all the pieces were there but simply thrown into the box loose and with no packaging. It was as if the person who purchased it before us, packed this box and you in turn never opened it to verify its contents. I was able to put it together but was not happy with the way it arrived considering we still paid over $300.00 for it.”
