“Ordering an delivering was quite fast assembly was easy the only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because when I received order I was missing 1piece the piece that holds the motor the same piece that holds the spit rod I’ve been calling 3days spoke with ester an justin product specialist also sent photos still haven’t received yet but now jimky is handling it an hopefully I’ll received this part”

“Have not used it yet but seems to be built well enough. There were no instructions but it's not hard to figure out how to put together. I added a washer to the handle crack. Looking forward to using it on my Weber. It fits great and is sturdy.”

“First off, working with and purchasing from Titan is awesome! Decent pricing, decent product, and amazingly quick delivery. What more can you ask for when you purchased from another company first, they left you hanging before your party, and Titan comes to your rescue? As for the product itself... The finish on the stainless steel is very nice. Although it may seem a bit flimsy since it lacks an internal steel frame, it gets the job done. The biggest problem that I had, was removing the protective film. That was tedious, but it ensured that the rotisserie looked as good as possible - which it did. I was able to easily roast 40 lb lamb with a little issue. My father-in-law who is an expert on this, wished that the spit was another 6 in longer, but we were still able to make two without chopping additional parts off the animal. He also would have liked to have seen an offset heat source as opposed to directly under, so he ended up lining the charcoal on one side of the tray. If you are roasting in inclement weather, you could pretty much forget being able to use the grill at the same time. You need to keep the animal close to the heat source, and doing so would allow it to smack into the grates. We also found that adding a wire to one side to create a bit of a angle on charcoal box give us the ability to adjust the amount of heat applied to the animal as well. All in all for round $450, it's really a decent deal. My relatives who do metal work stated that they couldn't even buy materials for that cost, so although it's not 100% perfect- it certainly nice to know that it could be easily modified to make it an amazing product.”

“Wonderful addition to our home. We love our porch queen swing, but even the UPS driver mentioned the the packaging. When our contractor opened the item we have 4 damaged bottom wooden slats. Pics are available.”

“The ordering process was easy and delivery of the product was timely. However, the shipping box was torn apart by FedEx and held together by tape. If the product was something other than cast iron it would have been destroyed instead of dings and scratches.”

“Received my order rather quickly and it’s heavy-duty (had to help the FedEx guy bring it off his truck). If anything made my experience thus far less than perfect, it’s that there were no assembly instructions included in the box although there was a red card warning me to read the instructions entirely before attempting assembly. I was able to find the instructions on the company’s website, but had to take time out from my larger project to locate them. Once I did, they’re fairly rudimentary and seem to overlook some details that seem important. Outside of that, I’m pleased with the purchase thus far although I have yet to cook on it. That’ll be the real test.”

“I did get the first part of my order via FedEx. I do wish you would ship only by UPs. FedEx is very unreliable in this area. The second part of my order came via UPS. I do wish you had shipped the entire order altogether. It would have made it easier for me. Products appear to be good quality. Once the warm weather gets here, I'll make use of them.”
