“Package arrived on time and the packaging itself of the product was excellent. Easy to put together, especially when the tools are provided. The only tool I ended up needing was a Phillips screwdriver to put the handle on the hood. excellent quality for the money.”

“I appreciated the thorough product assistance from Jude and Leon that resulted in two product purchases that Josh completed March 29. Discussion with all three employees was very helpful. In fact, without the product assistance I wouldn’t have gained confidence that the products could be used in my application so I wouldn’t have placed the order. I was interested in product measurements that were not available in the product literature on the Ash & Ember site. The well packaged products arrived quickly and the measurements confirmed. We’re very happy with the products and the buying experience, thanks to your staff!”

“Website is difficult to manage, we wanted to order 1 set of teak chairs that was submitted to cart and somehow cart had 3 sets ? we inadvertently completed our order and realized the error, after contacting Esther she assured that they would intercept delivery without charge so we could re-order. We followed up and again told the order would be redirected back to supplier. Order was delivered and now being asked to pay for shipping charges to return. We are certainly disapointed with communications with AMBER & ASH and will refrain from dealing with such an unreliable Suplier. *BE AWARE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”
