To my surprise, I received an email from Markus explaining everything and verifying everything and then confirmed that my account was closed and no further charges would happen. I could not believe how easy it was and how polite he was. I was asked if I could tell them why I cancelled and if I had any feedback on their website or my experience with any of their advisors.
