“Helpful advice and received quicker than anticipated. Delivery was a painless process and i was kept informed of progress. System is excellent with plenty power and inputs. Unfortunately the headset doesn't work but I had an unused headset from my old system which worked perfectly in the new box so didn't bother getting a replacement. Plus I don't really like headsets and had ordered a wireless handheld and a wired Mic, both of which work very well. Delighted with the service but would have been disappointed if i had been depending on the headset. Suggest providing a wireless handheld should be given as an option rather than having to search for one which is compatible.”

“I asked a question online and got a reply soon after. My order (Studiomaster miser) arrived just a couple of days later using the standard free postage service. This company is UK based and has a proper phone number as well. I would use them again with confidence.”

“We needed a new portable PA system mainly for announcements which had two speakers against our current one speaker system that does not cater for the room. Gave the basics to Astounded that came back with proposals which we refined with their advice. Subsequently ordered the system which arrived very quickly. We reported that one of the head mikes was faulty and it was replaced by courier the next day. The system seems to work well and is easy to use. We look to our first opportunity soon to use it. Big thanks to Astounded.”

“Easy to communicate with and sensible advice re what to purchase A good discussion concerning our requirements and returns policy Equipment delivered when I needed it well packaged and easy to set up A slight whine was evident when used in a small room but not difficult to minimise and not evident in a larger room Response of the people listening to speakers at our meetings has been positive about the equipment All in all a good experience”

“Bought Maui 5 bundle - couldn't have asked for better service. The sound from them is fantastic, and so light to handle. Would recommend to anyone. People have commented on how good the sound is. “Dan was very helpful from start to finish. We wanted a small PA for a small pub band. He arranged for us to test the gear at the store and didn’t rush or pressure us. In fact the original PA I requested to test wasn’t what we wanted. Dan quickly suggested other options and arranged for another test. He also kept in touch by email asking how the first rehearsal with the gear went. Great guy. Great service. Thanks Nick & Barry”
