“The original PA we purchased wasn't suitable for our requirement. The team at Astounded Swapped it straight away, posting out a new one and arranging collection of the other. Quick , excellent service from this highly recommended company. Thank you”

“I ordered an amplifier with 2 mic's. Unfortunately after a couple of months one mic stopped working and after contacting Astounded a replacement was with me within a couple of days. However, the day I received it the other mic also stopped working and after contacting Astounded and eliminating various reasons why it could have happened, they sent me another replacement mic. Now, quite a few months later I decided to upgrade the mic's so contacted them for advice. I spoke to them and they immediately emailed me with links to the best ones for me (which weren't the most expensive) and I placed my order, which again, was with me within a couple of days. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Excellent service!”

“on the astounded site there is facility to ask for a call back . I must admit with trepidation I asked for a call to discuss details of my proposed purchase, and to my delight one of the astounded team rung me the next morning,gve me expert advice and I purchased my in ear monitors.they arrived the next day promo as you like. Excellent service, Staff, knowledge and reliability. I won't hesitate to use them again, Glenn from Basildon.”

“A colleague required the item ordered but wasn't able to make time so passed me the link. I found and ordered the item after comparing other online sellers and Astounded were the best in price and clarity. I also asked for a call back and the next day I received the call,my queries were answered and I was once again glad I chose Astounded to purchase through”

“The Studiomaster Drive system that I purchased has definitely enhanced the sound of our music. I discovered that the 1.5 mtr leads supplied for the speaker link to the bins were not long enough to allow connection when speakers mounted on the poles. Contacted Astounded about this yesterday and they said they would send me 3 mtr leads . I couldnt believe it when the postman brought them this morning - only spoke to Astounded about this yesterday. Thank you so much for your super quick response. Would recommend to anyone Brilliant service. J P Rooney”

“Steve (Sale's Manager ??) promptly responded to my request for advice and was able to effectively, efficiently and speedily offer and show me a variety of different speakers for my situation. Indeed, he spent time explaining some basic speaker electronics to myself in order to help me better understand what I was purchasing yet was able to guide me to make the correct decision. He is an asset to Astounded and does the company a huge credit. I implore that he receives the appropriate praise for his professional and friendly attitude in dealing with customers like myself. Due to his great help I will definitely be using Astounded again in the future if I have any more audio equipment needs.”

“The sales representative was extremely helpful, was able to specify a product to meet my requirements, took the order and processed it straight away. The package arrived with a couple of days and I am very impressed with the device. It does all I require so far with the facilities to do even more.”
