“It was all a bit confusing. The gear all came as packages - I now have two footswitches I have no use for - and despite being basic kit the instruction booklets were very poor. Having said that, the support we got from Steve was VERY clear and helpful. Oliver”

“I ordered a full PA system over 18 months ago for work to use for presentations and conferences and it has worked fine apart from the use of headset and lapel mics. Unless one spends serious money they probably aren't worth bothering with. We have now obtained some additional hand-held wireless mics instead. I order another full PA system earlier this year for another of our offices and that too is working well. We didn't bother with a headset and purchased just mics instead. Overall the speed of delivery is excellent. The quality of the products is also good although we have only ever purchase budget systems. The service was also excellent and responses timely.”

“This is the first time I've ever left feedback since I don't believe in it but I'd be doing both the company Astounded and the manufacturer Pulse a disservice if I didn't make a comment. I ordered a Pulse Trekker i300 some weeks ago. It was delivered the next day. Pretty good but wait for the rest. There was a defect in the product. I phoned Astounded who said that they would send a replacement within 24 hours and pick up the defective item at the same time. All this came to pass. A miracle! As for the amp, the literature claims that the battery will last at least 8 hours. Mine is now well over 30 and I still can't get the red light to come on! I can't sing the praises of both Astounded and Pulse highly enough.”

“Astounded provided a great amount of support in helping me choose a PA system and then helped me choose the individual elements to build my own system for a similar cost. Everything arrived very quickly (quicker than I expected!) and all worked. Very happy and will be back for more stuff!”

“I have used Astounded quite a few times now for my personal and work related projects and have always found them to be a good source of supply and service each time at a competitive price. Although we have had issues with some products, there has never been any issue in replacing these items immediately. “I purchased a QTX 15" PA system, had a few questions so I called up. The assistant was excellent, very knowledgeable and courteous. Placed my order whilst on the phone and the item arrived next day. Can't get much better than that! I have used the system for a small party and it's great, very pleased with both my purchase and with Astounded's service”
