“Being a novice to the PA world I phoned Astounded for advice on a particular piece of kit I was thinking to buy. I found the chap on the other end of the phone very helpful and his suggestions as what I did and didn't need, prompted me to order, which turned out to be 'the right tool for the job' ! He took my order over the phone, and the goods arrived the following day by lunchtime ! ...at I may add, an exceptionally good price....! I'll certainly use this company again, Ken. Cumbria”

“Fabulous service all the way. I'm not a techy person so called Astounded for some advice and got some excellent advice in non-techy speak. My order arrived within 24 hours of placing the order and although one of the items was not what I had ordered, a quick phone call and the issue was resolved and the one I had ordered was with me, again within 24 hours. In my experience, everyone makes mistakes but it is how they are resolved makes the difference and Astounded were fantastic. Also, I when I called a human answered the phone, not a menu driven answering service. Great products, great price and great service, what's not to like. Ian (St Neots, Cambridgeshire)”

“ASTOUNDED by name and ASTOUNDING by nature! I couldn't believe the speed I received my order. I ordered an LED pinspot and mirror ball motor on Thursday afternoon and received them the following day! The pinspot was only £24 and I recently bought the exact same in Maplins for £31. Free delivery too. I will definitely be astounded by ASTOUNDED again.”

“I ordered the Studio Master Transporter portable PA, The price for this great piece of kit & the delivery was absolutely brilliant (It arrived two days after my order was placed) ? I have had one rehearsal with it so far & I am still finding my way around it but it is sounding great, My only criticism would be that the speaker leads are a little short (but this would be more to do with Studio Master than Astounded I think) ? Overall very satisfied with the service & I will definitely be using Astounded again. Thanks, Garry Alexander (Swing Singer)”

“Very good service and perfect advice on which mics to purchase rather than just suggesting the more expensive ones. I had the option of buying either the KAM KWM11 or KAM KWM1940 but for my passion for karaoke the KWM11 was advised which I thought was a great service. Definitely will buy again, looking at buying some disco lighting and will go to them to buy.”

“As always from Astounded unit arrived in good time and was well packaged. When ordering staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the unit - it works just as it says on the box. It is very solidly built (unlike cheaper alternatives) and It gives a room filling pattern which looks even better with a bit of smoke. We would buy this product again and recommend it”
