“Service from Astounded is always first class. I would recommend them every time. I phoned to check stock and order a microphone about 4 in the afternoon (when I discovered that I'd broken my mic). They called me back to confirm it was in stock, and my parcel arrived next morning. Astounding !”

“After weeks of searching on Amazon and EBay for a PA system I eventually came across Astounded and after reading lots of great reviews I was thinking they can't be that that good I was prove wrong, I ordered a PA system and try to their word came the next day they were polite friendly and informative. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“This is the first time I've ever left feedback since I don't believe in it but I'd be doing both the company Astounded and the manufacturer Pulse a disservice if I didn't make a comment. I ordered a Pulse Trekker i300 some weeks ago. It was delivered the next day. Pretty good but wait for the rest. There was a defect in the product. I phoned Astounded who said that they would send a replacement within 24 hours and pick up the defective item at the same time. All this came to pass. A miracle! As for the amp, the literature claims that the battery will last at least 8 hours. Mine is now well over 30 and I still can't get the red light to come on! I can't sing the praises of both Astounded and Pulse highly enough.”

“Astounded provided a great amount of support in helping me choose a PA system and then helped me choose the individual elements to build my own system for a similar cost. Everything arrived very quickly (quicker than I expected!) and all worked. Very happy and will be back for more stuff!”
