“I got in touch with Astounded to supply some lights for me, the lights arrived on time but I was out! The delivery driver kindly rang me on my mobile and I was able to arrange delivery to a neighbour. The sales lady at Astounded kindly put in a remote changer for the lights but this didn't work, I rang them and the next day a new one arrived and works fine. Thanks to Astounded and to the delivery man great job! Howard L.E.D.”

“Great service! I already thought I was getting a good value deal on the LD equipment I had purchased, but the sales team (Amber Bailey), kept me up to date with progress etc. Quick delivery, and even the FEDEX man went out of his way to ensure there was someone at home to receive the packages. The LD Covers arrived within the week as promised.... can't get better than that! Everything works well and completely satisfied! “These days, the Internet can be a barrier between the customer and the seller,but not so with Astounded. I am a musical novice, just setting up in a group with two others. We were concious that we would need a small PA system and I looked at various potentially suitable items on a variety of sites across the web. The descriptions and specs on the Astounded website were thorough and helpful, and pricing was competitive. I also communicated with the store by email and on the phone, and all exchanges were friendly, patient and specific. I ordered the PA system from them, and was delighted with it. I have since been back to order microphone stands, and a wired microphone,seeking advice/recommendation first, and happy with the outcomes. Delivery times and packaging are excellent. I will not hesitate to use them again.”
