“Ordered three pyjamas, received only one. The one I did receive was described as blue both online and in promotional magazine. However, the one that was delivered was labelled as turquoise. It looked more like green and was nothing like the blue I thought I had ordered according to photos online and in the promotional magazine. Their standard contact phone number will cost you 13p per minute. Unfortunately I had to ring to chase the outstanding items. Seven days later I had to ring again to chase the outstanding items. The attitude of Customer Service Staff gave me the impression that the type of poor service I had received was typical for their Company. The ‘service’ I received was so far removed from my expectations that I cannot possibly recommend anyone ever buying anything from this Company. If you do then you run the risk of being extremely disappointed in the same way that I was.”

“Delay in delivery to UK, but it is a French company. Sizes may be confusing as garments and invoice details refer to XL on Continent as well as equivalent of L in UK. The garments do come up a little large and customer services did not respond to general enquiry Overall good value for the money products and am a satisfied customer.”

“The service is extremely slow, mostly taking two weeks or more, the ordering is on a premium phone number(unless you know the tricks) and most products are well over-priced. Their service department is very 'Take it or leave it. Hard luck, mate'”

“Wrong size sent. Returned garment. They say refund in 30 days, it’s been nearer 40 and still nothing in my Bank. Rang twice for Customer Services and after 5 minutes my call was terminated. Rude I think. Makes you wonder if there is any Customer Service. I’ve sent a message on the return site asking for my money back. Will give them another week then send a letter to where my parcel went. If no joy I’ll get a Solicitor involved.”

“Items satisfactory, not the best quality but ideal for everyday use, the fit is good but delivery time is poor. Being a full week before Items are confirmed as dispatched and then up to 4 days with transportation. (This could be a normal situation ) however being an “Amazon” customer I have come to expect Immediate dispatch and fast delivery 🤷🏼”

“Don't ever order from this company, a complete shambles!! They've got a Customer Services team who haven't got a clue what they are doing. You have to wait ages for delivery and when it comes part off the order is missing!!!”

“What a shambles. Ordered 4 shirts on their web site and wanted to change them all to a smaller size so returned them all in one pack to AFM. Three were replaced without problems, the forth shirt disappeared without trace. 3 phone calls later at a cost of £6.36 (13p per min) finally spoke to a helpful person and finally got a replacement. Will never use again.”

“My first purchase from atlas for men has been very good and delivery of the product has been fast. However pants # U0018 , large are nice, but despite my 36” waist order the actual pants are far too big and do not match the size chart.”

“I beg you do not use this company, customer service is the worst I have ever known. My elderly father ordered a pair of shoes in June which he paid for by cheque with the order. The shoes were then exchanged for a smaller size. He then receives a third and final notice of failure to pay (having not received any previously), hotly followed by a debt collection agency letter of behalf of AFM. We are now on the 7th email to AFM who can not answer a straight question, reply to each email with one sentence not answering any of the questions asked, who have still not said or proved any money is owing and yet has still not 'called off the dogs', my father is still receiving letters from the debt collection agency. Their customer service phone line costs 13p per minute and cuts you off after paying to be on hold or even sometimes half way through a conversation with an actual person, therefore it is NOT an option to try to sort this out over the phone after already wasting lots of money on calls to them. An utter shambolic disgrace is the way I would describe this company!”

“Placed an order received confirmation of order. Tried to track order website not working. Emailed customer service 3 times got standard reply. Have still not had any response at all Tried to call phone just rings and rings. Rubbish service will never use or recommend Atlas again.”
