“Downloaded the digital rewards I received only to find out there's not a participating theater anywhere near me. What a waste of $45.”

“Help!! I log in with FB and see Atom Cash balance. However, when I attempt to buy tickets, software reverts to an OLD account mona.safley@yahoo.com and Atom Cash balance displays as $0. I've been trying to buy replacement tickets for over 2weeks. Software glitch,??”

“SOMEONE GOT A HOLD OF MY CREDIT CARD AND BOUGHT 105 DOLLARS WORTH OF GROCERIES FROM INSTACART RIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT MY MOVIE TICKETS. ALWAYS USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT LEAST YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK. CRAZY. CAPITAL ONE NOTIFIED ME OF THE PURCHASE. THANK GOD FOR CAPITAL ONE NOTIFICATIONS. NEVER AGAIN.”

“A 1.3 rating is accurate for atom tickets. I wouldn’t recommend using them to get your tickets just buy them at the theater. 2 thumbs down if I could.”

“Customer service is no help. We have basically given them money with no product or service given to us, they take your money and run. No refunds and no tickets in place of refunds. We were robbed by Atom.”

“JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS, ATOM TICKETS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, if you buy tickets and pay for the FIRST one with your credit card and decide to cancel like their app says you can, ALWAYS Chose CREDIT CARD REFUND because if you ever decide to apply that purchase to another event, they put it through as atom cash! THEN YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK, SO ALWAYS CHOSE CREDIT CARD REFUND. THEY STOLE 30.94 FROM ME BECAUSE OF THIS LOOP HOLE. 👺😡🤬😡🤬👺😡🤬”

“Absolutely horrible company to deal with. They charged me for tickets I NEVER purchased. Someone got ahold of my card and bought tickets to see NOPE. I was dealing with a man named Luis Hernandez, and a Emmie. Both are stating I was not charged , but I was. No one to deal with on the phone either. It went through my stupid PayPal account. I closing that out.”

“I order movies at amc $5 Tuesdays they have a promotion on popcorn 50%off my first time ordering on Mobil my total was $35 dollars found out later they charge me $97 because I order the popcorn witch it couldn’t combine promos lol that’s just a slap in the face”

“Twice we showed up to the theatre and found that the seats we had reserved were sold to another customer. Atom customer service just said it was an issue with Megaplex systems and failed to make any compensation. I’ve asked to cancel my subscription and even though they failed in allowing me to use my paid benefits are still holding me to the full subscription. Why should I continue to pay for something I’m not able to use because of a fault of theirs.”

“I wanted to cancel a ticket reservation I made and was told I’d get a refund within a certain amount of days it never came and when I contacted customer service they said they had already sent the refund back but I still got nothing. They proceeded to tell me if I didn’t receive it then it was a problem withe my bank account not being able to receive refund which has never been a problem before. The refund never came they have bad customer service and don’t refurbish you I went ahead and deleted my account and will never use again!”

“Their app locked me out before my showing and by the time anything could of been done the movie would had been halfway over. I hit them up explaining and trying to show them that it wasn’t my fault nor did they have a way of helping because they deal with e-mail responses instead of there being a phone number. So there goes my $44 bucks, and they really aren’t trying to help me with this scenario that wasn’t my fault it was their stupid app’s.”

“System shut down and I was not able to access my just bought tickets nor was I able to cancel the transaction or get in touch with customer service. Still in the process of trying to get in touch with them about the issue. Does not seem like they care to help me out. No phone number to call them either.”

“I bought tickets using atom which went O.K. Then one of my party cancelled. The atom web site is totally useless. There was one option to cancel the entire order. I wanted to reduce the order by one ticket. No where on their web site is there a way to contact ANYONE. The phone listed us answered by a bot that states there is no one there. Emails to the web site remain unanswered 24 hours later. The web site encourages users to use the 'chat' button on the bottom of the page but no such button exists.”

“Wow, accidentally clicked on Atom tickets instead of the theater website and am having a nightmare trying to return tickets for a show that's still a day away. Website says my tickets have already been redeemed (impossible), their phone number is a recording saying that they're not answering their phones, and suggesting that I use their online chat...which doesn't exist. Luckily my credit card company is taking care of it. Assholes.”
