“I like Augason Farms' scrambled eggs and have been using it for a couple of years now. Once I got the "hang of it" on how to use it, it has been kind of a miracle product for me who seem to run out of eggs too often. This substitute egg just fills right in and takes over the job in so many instances. It tastes so great and that is why I keep buying it.”

“We really like the beef flavored vegetarian meat substitute. I have Ciliac disease so I can’t eat a lot of meat substitutes due to them having wheat gluten in them. Thanks”

“I placed an order on their website, and it was weird that they wouldn't send me what I ordered until they talked to me on the phone first. What's up with that? Also, I didn't know that the packaging has 8, 10, 12 servings in each package -- I thought it'd be 1-2 servings, and I'd be able to try out the different meals and recipes to see what I liked and order more of what I liked. Now if I want to try any of it, I'm breaking the seal on all of it and will have to use all of it in a short period of time or throw the rest away... Other than those two things, everything else was okay.”

“The service on ordering online is fast. I recently ordered on a Friday and it was shipped on Monday. I've purchased from another place on July 15 and still haven't received my products (said it would take anywhere between 4 to 6 wks). So Augason's Farms are really great in my opinion.”

“Their customer service is outstanding. They have been extremely courteous and very efficient answering any questions I have. I am also pleased with the many food products. I feel at ease knowing I am prepared for disasters and yet be able to serve up hot piping good food when all I have to do is go to my pantry.”

“The staff was very friendly and very helpful on the phone. They made me want to order again. I have not tasted the product yet so I can't comment on that. The product came the next day. Shipping was excellent. But i do live close, just in the next state across the border. Thanks”

“Person on phone was very polite and helpful. I was disappointed to hear they no longer carry bread enhancer, but what I did order arrived on time, and I was pleased with my purchase. Just a suggestion: I am allergic to lactose. Almost all of your products contain some form of milk, cream, cheese, etc. have ever considered developing lactose free products??”
