“The Berkey Shop has wonderful products. We have purchased 3 so each family member has one in their house. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their after sales service is great too. I would highly recommend them to my friends.”

“These guys delivers the best customer service you have ever received. I had an issue with a product I ordered which was my own fault and not their mistake at all. However, they immediately shipped me a replacement for the broken item. The best eater filters (especially Berkey), super friendly team, and incredible fast shipping.”

“Aussie Berkey shop were able to source and supply a glass spigot that my neighbour had been trying to obtain for almost 2 years! The shop was also able to supply our Big Berkey Purification elements when other suppliers appeared unable to do so. This is an effective and speedy service.”

“I have ordered a 4 gallon stainless steel Berkey from this store for my kitchen counter. I also ordered a pro-one travel filter system and a Berkey sports bottle. Each time I have been impressed with the fast delivery. Staff is super friendly. I had a small issue with the Pro-One Travel filter, which was in part my own mistake and not the fault of this store. Yet, they promptly replaced the broken item. Extreme high level of customer care and service. These guys are the best!!!”

“Did my research, decided Berkey is best. Took delivery of our Big Berkey, and can't taste the water!! Not cheap, thanks to Aussie dollar exchange rate, and massive increases in container freight costs from Texas!! Should have bought one pre-Covid!! But, I refuse to buy anything from China - so that makes us feel better, as does drinking PURE water. Excellent service from Sue-Ellen at Berkey Beaudesert - thanks Sue”
