“Very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a water filter and came to know about this store through word of mouth. I would recommend to others also. Product is excellent, shipping was fast and well packaged. Assembly is straight forward. I found a video on YouTube helpful. Once set up the water is quick to filter. For a family of five, using for cooking as well as drinking, I refill once daily. It is Summer so we are drinking more water naturally as well.”

“First I did my research and decided it was a BERKEY filter system that I wanted. Next I thought wouldn't it be great if I didn't have to send to USA for it and how happy was I that I found Aussie Berkey Shop! I have made many purchases with this fine company and they have always provided excellent service. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring my needs are met by actually phoning me when an out-of-stock product became available so that I wouldn't miss out! “Love Love Love our Berkey. We have exceptionally poor town water and our Berkey removes all foul taste, smell and provides us with pure water. the children drink it too fast!!! Thank you for such a great product which I recommend to everyone.”

“The guys from the Aussie Berkey Shop are a great team. Very supportive and helpful. I got a lot of help setting up my first unit. “I would give 6 stars out of 5 if it was possible. Amazing speedy delivery even at christmas time. Product was spot on and the best bit is when i thought i was missing a part there was a phone number and someone to help me out on the other end. This kind of traditional quality service is rare these days. A pleasure doing business and i'll be back again.”

“Excellent service. Great product knowledge over the phone and super quick delivery. The Travel Berkey works well and is very portable. I just need to work out an easy way of not overfilling so that the bottom chamber doesn’t overflow. Nice to know small businesses like this still exist.”

“I’ve tried A LOT of water filters and found Betkey has the longest lasting filters and is durable enough for grab and go situation with current global crisis it was the selling point for me. The only issue has been the supply and demand due to breakdown of trading by governments so it took me a while to get one but understandable. Thank you !! I purchased the Big Berkey considering washing cooking and drinking while off grid. Extra filters incase supply’s cease and the primer pump for outdoors. Cheers”
