Hi Andrew, thanks for your review. As per our previous discussions regarding the delivery of your order, Australia Post attempted delivery and then took your order to your local post office to await collection, I suspect this is because you requested delivery to a unit and the parcel was too large to fit into the mailbox. The parcel is being returned to us as it hasn't been collected. When I receive it back, I will process a refund for you. Kind regards, Candice

“I made some poor planning choices in ordering a PLB I needed ASAP and staff put in extra effort to try get it to me on time. It unfortunately did not due to the classic Australia post "send your parcel halfway across the country for no good reason" methodology. But I appreciated Aussie storm shops efforts all the same.”
