“I have been a return customer for a couple of years now & have always received orders within a few days. My latest purchase was ordered on Wednesday morning & delivered on Thursday afternoon. The packaging was in perfect condition. The only time I have had to contact support they were helpful in isolating my issue which happened to to enter the menu on a fridge to set parameters it didn’t explain that it had to be turned off at unit. Fridge has worked perfectly since”

“Easy purchase process online. Shipping costs were a bit steep, but overall it was a decent sale on the shower tent I bought. It’s yet to arrive, so can’t comment on the product yet.”

“I did buy and receive the shower tent without any problems, but I did have a complaint which I won’t go into. It was dealt with by Tony very quickly with a mutually beneficial outcome. I will get more gear thru Australian Direct.”
